 Screw Feeder - delivers cleaned PET flakes to the next process equipment
 Hot Cleaning Kettle - Use steam to clean PET flakes with alkaline soda and other cleaning agents
 Cleaning separator - reprocessing PET bottles to further separate impurities
 High-efficiency dewatering machine - dewatering PET flakes
 Air delivery device - delivers the finished final product to the silo
 Double station silo - used to collect finished products

The higher the purity of the PET bottle/sheet, the higher the added value, but the higher the technical requirements. 1. Filament grade PET bottle cleaning and recycling line, used to process PET bottles in the whole bottle of PET, mainly used in the production of polyester filament, packing tape, sheet, film and other products.


2. The bottle-to-bottle washing line is mainly used in the food-grade recycled PET slice recycling project. The bottle-to-bottle washing line is highly automated and avoids human error to the greatest extent.


3. Chemical fiber grade PET bottle cleaning equipment, the cleaned raw materials can be directly used to produce polyester staple fiber.
