It is a true high standard cleaning equipment. This set of equipment is mainly used for crushing and cleaning plastic bottles, plastic drums, Coke bottles and other hard plastics. It can also be used to crush and clean dirty materials. The complete equipment includes: stripping machine, feeder, crushing washing machine, boiler , cleaning tank, dehydrator and storage bin.
The whole set of equipment has high degree of automation, low power consumption and high output (equipment output is 300KGS-2000KGS/hour). The cleaning materials are clean, and the chemical fiber factory can directly draw and reprocess without cleaning.
At the same time, according to the types of raw materials of the user and the quality requirements for the cleaning of the bottle, different combinations can be selected to meet the needs of different users. At present, the optional unit machines mainly include: opener, pre-cleaner, trademark paper stripping machine, manual sorting belt conveyor, crusher, hot water washing machine, friction cleaning machine, rinsing machine, dewatering machine, storage bin , hot air dryer, screw feeder, belt conveyor, etc., color separation machine, PVC sorting machine.
The main production process:
De-standard treatment - single / multi-stage crushing treatment - high / low speed cleaning decontamination treatment - high temperature degumming treatment - rinsing machine multi-stage treatment - dehydration / drying treatment - storage and packaging processing.
