use: SRL-Z series mixing unit, mainly used for batching, mixing, drying, coloring of various resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc., and drying, devolatilization, etc. before processing of engineering plastics such as ABS and polycarbonate. The process can also be used for the mixing of phenolic resins. The unit combines the hot mixing and cold mixing processes, and the hot mixed materials are automatically cooled into cold mix to remove residual gases and prevent agglomeration. |
